Valtris Specialty Chemicals Licenses a Key Technology to Transfar Huayang, a Strong Chinese Stabilizer Producer, as First Step for Establishing Sustainable Alternatives to Cadmium-Based Stabilizers in Asia Market
Valtris Special Chemicals, a global leader in specialty chemical additives and precursors, announces it has licensed a key technology in an exclusive arrangement to Transfar Huayang, China. The agreement will allow Transfar Huayang access to technology, resulting in manufacturing and selling phenol-free over-based barium stabilizers by Transfar Huayang in Asia.
This is a first step to establishing a key relationship between Transfar Huayang and Valtris Specialty Chemicals. Transfar Huayang will become a production partner for selected products for Valtris for the Asia market.
