Valtris Specialty Chemicals Holds Highly Anticipated Innovation Summit in October 2023
Valtris, a global leader in specialty chemical additives and precursors, announces the successful completion of the company’s inaugural Innovation Summit that took place October 4-9, 2023.
Valtris’ Innovation Summit was well attended with over 50 Valtris colleagues from cross-functional teams including executive leadership and managers from technology, operational marketing, sales, operations, and procurement.
“We devoted Valtris’ inaugural Innovation Summit to Ideation, which is naturally the first step of any innovation process. Attendees showed great enthusiasm, and a wide range of proposals were discussed from new chemistry and new processes to new applications. Over the course of the four-day summit, two hundred proposals were reviewed and documented for additional consideration. This is a key milestone on the innovation path Valtris is undertaking to become the industry leader of specialty chemical offerings. The next step is to prioritize all the proposals and select the most impactful opportunities for execution in 2024,” commented Jay Xu, Vice President of Technology at Valtris.
