Valtris Specialty Chemicals Announces New Chief Operating Officer

Ron Masterson, proven integrated operations leader from Arxada, appointed

Independence, OH – February 27, 2023 – Valtris Specialty Chemicals, a leading global manufacturer of a comprehensive portfolio of specialty additives and precursors, announced today the appointment of Ron Masterson as the company’s new Chief Operating Officer, effective March 6, 2023.

Mr. Masterson brings a wealth of impressive operations experience and know-how to Valtris. He joins the company from Arxada, where he held the position of Vice President of Global Manufacturing having enjoyed a 16-year career in a variety of operations and manufacturing roles with increasing responsibility through the legacy companies of Arch and Lonza. His career started with process, production and safety engineering roles, before moving into manufacturing services and operations management.
