Metallic stearates can be used in many different applications – as a lubricant and acid scavenger/stabilizer in polymer processing, as an emulsifier, thickening agent, and anti-caking agent in personal care, and as an excipient in pharmaceutical applications.
Valtris offers a wide variety of products including calcium, zinc, aluminum, barium, lithium, and magnesium. These products vary in metal, physical form, and fatty acid source. Aqueous stearate dispersions are also available.
