Ron joined Valtris in 2023 responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of Global Integrated Operations including: EHS&S, Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations.

With over 25 years of experience managing operations and value chain optimization in the specialty chemicals industry, Ron has demonstrated success in driving value through margin-focused asset management, supply chain and manufacturing strategy execution.

Ron earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University and his MBA from the University of Tennessee.  His career built on early engineering and operations experiences before spending 16 years with Lonza and Arxada in a variety of leadership roles culminating in Vice President of Global Operations.
