Chuck joined Valtris in 2021 and is responsible for the strategic leadership of Global Human Resources ensuring talent and organizational capability through: Talent Management and Development, Total Rewards, Organizational Effectiveness, and Employee Engagement.

With over 30 years of experience leading Human Resources in manufacturing and industrial companies, Chuck has demonstrated success in strategy execution and transforming Human Resources into a business partner contributing to the success of the business.

Chuck earned a B.S. in Human Resources from Bowling Green State University and his MBA from Cleveland State University.  Throughout his career he has had positions of increasing responsibility in a variety of leadership roles at Omnova Solutions, Tarkett, Stoneridge, and most recently Sealed Air.
