Therm-Chek® 845Description
Therm-Chek® 845 is recommended for rigid PVC extrusions and injection molded applications, including pipe, siding, sheet, molded fittings and bottles. It may be used in both clear and pigmented applications.
Therm-Chek® 845 is also recommended for flexible PVC formulations becase of its excellent compatibility with all types of PVC copolymers and resin modifiers, as well as, with both phthalate and phosphate plasticizers. Combination of Therm-Chek® 845 with epoxy compounds shows synergistic heat stability.
Processability of Therm-Chek® 845 is outstanding, with no adverse effect on fusion characteristics. It is non-sulfur staining and non-lubricating. Therm-Chek® 845 will not cross-stain during compounding, in the presence of lead, cadmium, or other metals that form sulfides.
