Dr. Robert Parker, successful results-driven strategic leader, promoted
Independence, OH – October 7, 2024 – Valtris Specialty Chemicals, a leading global manufacturer of a comprehensive portfolio of specialty additives and precursors, announced today the appointment of Dr. Robert Parker as the company’s new Chief Marketing Officer, effective October 1, 2024.

Dr. Parker has been Global VP of Operational Marketing in the Performance Additives unit of Valtris since joining from BASF in September 2023. Having spent over 20 years with BASF in positions of increasing responsibility covering a broad range of markets across the portfolio, he held the position of Director, New Business Development & Digital Officer, Care Chemicals before leaving to join Valtris.
