Jay joined Valtris in 2025 as CFO and is responsible for the overall strategic leadership of the global Finance team including FP&A, Tax & Treasury, Operations Finance, Accounting, and the IT function.

With over 20 years of experience leading Finance in a range of industries, both public and private, Jay has demonstrated success driving value as a transformational Finance executive.

Jay earned his B.S. in Accountancy and Finance from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and his Certified Public Accountant in the State of Ohio. Throughout his career he held positions of increasing responsibility beginning with Sherwin-Williams in Sr. Finance roles both NA and Global in scope; and later in Sr. Finance Executive/CFO roles at Airtex / ASC Performance Pumps, First Brands, and HGR Industrial Surplus.
