Dave has been named Vice President of Global Manufacturing Operations. He is responsible for the strategic oversight of Valtris’ seven production sites globally, with a focus on improving safety, quality, reliability, and overall productivity. Dave has more than 30 years of high-hazard chemical manufacturing experience and is strengthening Valtris’ manufacturing foundation anchored in operational excellence, disciplined execution, and continuous improvement.

Prior to joining Valtris, Dave served as the Detroit Branch Manager for PVS Specialty Chemicals, where he led commercial and warehouse operations. In addition, he has led high-performing manufacturing organizations as the Global Operations Leader for DuPont Water Solutions and held manufacturing leadership roles with other global chemical companies, including Dow Chemical, Hemlock Semiconductor, and Dow Corning Corporation. He holds an M.B.A. from Central Michigan University and a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
