Clint joined Valtris in 2026 as CHRO and is responsible for developing and executing the human capital strategy, aligning HR initiatives with overall business goals. 

With over 25 years of experience leading talent management, recruitment, compensation, benefits, compliance, and organizational culture, Clint has demonstrated success ensuring organizations attract and retain top talent, manages performance, and fosters a compliant, productive workplace.

He holds a B.S. in Business Administration and an M.B.A. from Saginaw Valley State University.  He most recently served as Sr. HR Director at Myers Industries, where he led the Total Rewards strategy for a leading manufacturer of sustainable plastic and metal products and solutions. Prior to his tenure at Myers, he spent 15 years at The Dow Chemical Company, where he served in various Global HR Business Partner and HR Leadership roles.
