Tinstab MTS products are suitable for use with most types of PVC resins including mass and suspension resins. They are highly efficient stabilizers which offer good initial colour, length of stability and clarity. They facilitate the efficient production of rigid PVC articles by techniques such as calendering, extrusion, blow moulding and injection moulding.
Tinstab MTS7043 has been developed to meet the stringent demands the production of rigid PVC by calendering, extrusion, blow moulding and injection moulding. It is recommended as cost-effective for use in the production of articles where good base colour, freedom from colour drift and clarity during processing are important factors. Tinstab MTS grades show wide evidence to comply food contacts application normative EU 10/2011. The tin compounds of these grades are listed in the FDA chapter “Antioxidants and stabilizers for polymers” subject to no more being used than is technically necessary.
