Description

Synpro® CALCIUM STEARATE DISPERSION CW-1250 is a mid-level ash, high solids homogeneous, low viscosity dispersion product specially formulated for polymer, elastomer, and paper coating applications. It provides lubrication, anti-tack, anti-static, and water repellency (after water removal during processing) properties to polymer applications.

The high solids, but homogeneous low viscosity properties of Synpro® CALCIUM STEARATE DISPERSION CW-1250 enable excellent pump-ability and metering control. This provides optimum efficiency and uniform coverage for the intended process.

All dispersion products will settle (separate) over time without agitation. However, Synpro® CALCIUM STEARATE DISPERSION CW-1250 should remain homogeneous for at least three (3) months at ambient temperatures. Should separation occur, adequate mixing will re-disperse the calcium stearate.

Synpro® CALCIUM STEARATE DISPERSION CW-1250 is approved for food contact applications under 21 CFR 175.105, 175.300, 176.170, 176.210, 178.1010 and 178.3400.
