Description

Synpro® CALCIUM STEARATE 12B is a high ash, free flowing, non-caking powder, multifunctional (external / internal) lubricant and fusion promoter for rigid PVC pipe, siding, decking, profile extrusions, and phenolic resins. Additionally used as a coupling agent/ process lubricant for polar pigments in color concentrates and metallurgical wire drawing. Due to its optimum over-based properties, reduced die plate-out can be anticipated.

Synpro® CALCIUM STEARATE 12B is listed in NSF / ANSI International Standard 14 – Plastics Piping System Components and Related Materials. Additionally it is suitable for use in food packaging applications in accordance with many Federal Code of Regulations; an updated complete list is available upon request.
