Description

Synpro® ALUMINUM STEARATE 303 is a mid-level ash, free flowing, and fine powder product primarily for the paint / coatings, polymer, and petroleum oil applications.

Due to its distearate formulation, it prevents pigment settling and improves brush-ability in paints / coatings. Likewise, in plastisol dispersions it can be used as a thixotropic agent to regulate fluid flow properties. Fuel oils and petroleum distillates may be easily gelled. Additionally it is recommended for waterproofing and wire drawing applications.

Synpro® ALUMINUM STEARATE 303 is suitable for use in food packaging applications in accordance with many FDA Code of Regulations; an updated complete list is available upon request.
