Description

Petrac 270 is a technical grade product used to manufacture metallic stearates, esters and other derivatives where a high quality, light colored stearic acid is required. It acts as an external lubricant and viscosity depressant in PVC processing.

Petrac 270 is recommended as an activator, dispersing agent, plasticizer and lubricant in rubber compound processing. It is also a thickening and gelling agent for greases in combination with alkali/alkaline earth metal hydroxides.
