Stabiliser for plastisols designed to improve the ageing resistance versus temperature for an automotive application.
Lastab V 545 has been specifically studied for the production of plastisol intended for interior automotive applications, it must be used in combination with a primary stabiliser (Ca/Zn liquid like Lastab CF 375 T) and it does not affect the fogging attitude of the final vinyl articles. Therefore it is mainly suggested for the automotive field, where it is necessary to comply with specific requests concerning fogging tests and where particularly long term heat stability and ageing resistance at high temperature (90-120°C) is demanded. Lastab V 545 is formulated in order to avoid plate-out during downstream processing (lamination embossing etc.).
