Lankromark calcium/zinc liquid stabilisers provide an alternative to barium/zinc and tin stabilisers in a wide variety of demanding suspension and emulsion based PVC processes. Calcium zinc stabilisers are extremely versatile products suitable for use in the production of PVC articles by techniques such as extrusion, calendering, injection moulding, rotational moulding and spread coating.
Lankromark LZC767 is a highly efficient liquid calcium zinc stabiliser designed specifically for the use in the production of PVC articles by spread coating or extrusion. It has been specially formulated to be of low toxicity for the processor and the end user and as such is free of pTBBA (para-tert-butylbenzoic acid), 2-EHA (2-ethylhexanoic acid), nonylphenol and very low in phenol. It is specifically formulated to allow crystal clarity in flexible PVC and is particularly suitable for use in the production of door strip and clear hosing. The good early colour and length of stability offered by LZC767 is sufficient to enable the production of a PVC compound prior to conversion into the finished article.
