Lankromark barium/zinc liquid stabilisers provide an alternative to calcium/zinc and tin stabilisers in a wide variety of demanding suspension and emulsion based PVC processes. Barium zinc stabilisers are extremely versatile products suitable for use in the production of PVC articles by techniques such as extrusion, calendering, injection moulding, rotational-moulding and spread coating.
Lankromark LZB996 is a high efficiency stabilizer which imposes a good base colour combined with outstanding colour hold and length of stability. The performance makes Lankromark LZB996 suitable for many applications including extrusion, injection moulding and calendering of both flexible and semi-rigid PVC where consistent and long length of stability are required. Lankromark LZB996 can also be used in roofing membranes or swimming pool liners where it is known to have good chlorine resistance. It has also been designed to work effectively with the Intercide OBF and Intercide DBF biocides.
