Lankromark barium/zinc liquid stabilisers provide an alternative to calcium/zinc and tin stabilisers in a wide variety of demanding suspension and emulsion based PVC processes. Barium zinc stabilisers are extremely versatile products suitable for use in the production of PVC articles by techniques such as extrusion, calendering, injection moulding, rotational moulding and spread coating.
Lankromark LZB754 is a high efficiency stabilizer which imposes a good base colour combined with good colour hold and length of stability. It has been specially formulated to be of low toxicity for the processor and the end user and as such is free of pTBBA (para-tert-butylbenzoic acid), 2-EHA (2- ethylhexanoic acid) and nonylphenol. In addition, Lankromark LZB754 is essentially free of phenol making it suitable for use in finished products with the most demanding emission tests. Lankromark LZB754 finds use in the production of general purpose plastisols and in the production of PVC films by calendering. Lankromark LZB754 is particularly suited to stabilizing bonding layers as it imparts a good pot life and is designed to allow the bonding agent to work to its full potential.
