Lankromark barium/zinc liquid stabilisers provide an alternative to calcium/zinc and tin stabilisers in a wide variety of demanding suspension and emulsion based PVC processes. Barium zinc stabilisers are extremely versatile products suitable for use in the production of PVC articles by techniques such as extrusion, calendering, injection moulding, rotational moulding and spread coating.
Lankromark LZB1271 is a high efficiency stabiliser which imposes a good base colour combined with good colour hold and excellent length of stability. The performance makes Lankromark LZB1271 suitable for many applications including extrusion, injection moulding and calendering of both flexible and semi-rigid PVC where consistent and long length of stability are required. LZB1271 is particularly suitable for use in flooring and pigmented PVC film used to produce roofing. Lankromark LZB1271 is designed to facilitate a flooring product passing the most stringent emission tests, is formulated phenol free and contains no substances with the potential to liberate phenol.
