Description

The CEREPLAS™ trimellitate range of specialty esters for use as plasticizers or as base esters in functional fluids, consists of a number of grades produced by the controlled esterification of various alcohols with trimellitic anhydride.

CEREPLAS™ B100TM STI is a stabilized blend of trimellitates esters formulated to give a specific viscosity of 100 mm²/s at 40°C. It is a clear, almost colorless and odorless liquid, miscible with inert organic solvents but immiscible with water.

Both CEREPLAS™ B100TM STI & B68TM STI are stabilized blends of trimellitates esters to aid formulation and blending of air compressor oils. They contain a phenoxy anti-oxidant at a concentration optimized for long life.
