Independence, Ohio and Stone, UK – Valtris Specialty Chemicals and Wells Performance Materials are delighted to announce their partnership, designed to drive the further uptake of silver-based antimicrobial solutions to the global polymers industry
This collaboration will focus on leveraging the key capabilities of the two companies, namely
- biocidal application knowledge in polymers,
- compatibility with other polymer additive ingredients
- formulation experience in different polymer systems
- regulatory know-how on silver-based systems
- production methodologies
This partnership will allow the customers a broader source of performance solutions, in application such as hygienic packaging, kitchenware, exercise mats, hygienic coatings (H-Vac), protective coatings, beverage pipes and medical appliances.
