Kevin Joined Valtris in July 2023 as the Sales Director for Functional Additive. As the Commercial Vice President for Valtris, Kevin is leading the commercial organization across EMEA and APAC. In this role, he is responsible for driving business growth, strengthening customer partnerships, and executing commercial strategies that support the company’s long-term objectives.

With more than 28 years of commercial leadership experience, Kevin has built a successful career leading global sales organizations, developing high-performing teams, and delivering sustainable business growth across diverse international markets. He spent 25 years with Nalco Water, where he held a variety of leadership positions of increasing responsibility, including global sales leadership roles. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong ability to build customer-centric organizations, develop strategic partnerships, and lead teams through complex business environments.

Before entering the business world, Kevin began his professional career in the Armed Forces, where he developed the leadership, discipline, and operational skills that have been foundational to his success. Following his military service, he pursued his business education and transitioned into commercial leadership, establishing a track record of delivering results while developing people and organizations
